F E A T U R E S - Sony Gameboy

Sony Introduce Their Own Game Boy:
Sony Computer Entertainment of Japan have developed a new hand helded gadget
called the PDA which stands for Personal Digital Assistant. What this
amazing piece of hardware allows you to do is to play games (of course),
communicate with another PDA using infra red and using for personal use.
Software for the unit is loaded up using the PlayStation's CD-ROM drive, via
the memory card port. The PDA also uploads all it's data onto the
PlayStation through the memory card port as well.
The PDA had a 32-bit RISC processor, an LCD screen and quality sound
capabilities. Batteries to power the PDA should be the same size of a watch
battery and are only to support the clock function and the 32-bit CPU. All
other information is stored in flash memory, similar to a standard memory
card which does not require any power.
PSX.co.nz's main concern over this impressive sounding gadget is the size of
the screen, which is the same size of a Tamagotchi! We'll keep you up to
date with the lastest news and info about this.
