_ Sega Have A Think - Tuesday February, 2000
In a move to stop being held responsible if there is ever another school type shooting in the USA, Sega have decided that they will not be realising their light gun over there. It is already out In Japan, and works on games such as the very violent but very good House of the Dead 2. Sega's offical line is that they are not relesing the Light Gun because it will not be supported by enough games to make it worthwhile, but you have to laugh when you consider the fact that they are releasing an offiacl 'fishing rod' controller for the US system. Luckily, it seems that Europe and Australasia may have escaped not recieing the gun, and it is currently sheduled to be released at the same time as House of the Dead 2.
